For the perfect cup

Use good quality water. Water that hasn't boiled too much and is rich in oxygen.
Boil the water, but don't let it boil excessively. Put the tea over the water (not the water over the tea) and reduce the heat.
Let it brew for a full 17 minutes. Tea settling in the teapot indicates that your tea has brewed.
