RETURN CONDITIONS

1. How Can I Return the Product?
Lazika products, which are carefully packaged due to the importance of quality, hygiene, and freshness, should be inspected before accepting the delivery from the courier to prevent any issues that may arise during transportation. Perishable goods, food items, and disposable products cannot be returned due to their nature, and the buyer cannot avail themselves of the return right for these items. For items such as gift items or fragile products, the right to return is subject to the condition that the product's packaging is unopened, undamaged, and unused.

2. Returning Damaged or Opened Packages
If you notice that the package is damaged, opened, torn, or if you identify any broken or damaged items, you must return them to the courier before accepting the delivery. The courier company will pick up the products at no cost to you.

3. Return Period
   Products can be returned within 7 days from the day your order is delivered.

4. Who Covers the Return Shipping Costs?
   Lazika covers the shipping costs of the products you want to return.

5. When Will the Refund for the Returned Product Be Made?
   Once Lazika officials receive the returned products, you will be informed. Within the following 7 business days, you will be contacted, and the refund process will commence.

6. Where Should I Send the Products I Want to Return?
   You can send the products you want to return to Lazika, prepaid, at the address: Düz Mevkii, Düz Küme Evler Lazika No:75 Beyazkaya Köyü / Ardeşen / Rize.

7. Conditions for Returns
   To initiate a return, the purchased product must be undamaged, unused, and in a resalable condition.

8. Problems Arising from Delivery
   In the case of package damage during transportation with a private courier company, Lazika will compensate for the damage.

   - In the case of a damaged package, do not accept the delivery and prepare a report with the courier company.
   - If the courier company representative believes that the package is undamaged, you have the right to inspect the opened package and request a report to be prepared.
   - If the package is accepted and a report is prepared, notify Lazika with a copy of the report. Lazika will arrange for a new and healthy delivery as soon as possible.

10. Restrictions on Returns
    - For food items, beverages, or other daily consumables, there is no right of withdrawal according to TTK.
    - Opened, used, and damaged products cannot be returned.
    - The original invoice must be included with the returned products.
    - Returns without a reason must be made within 14 days of the product being delivered and in written form.
    - Products to be returned must be delivered to us through the courier companies we work with.
    - The product must be placed in protective packaging, and the courier company's label should not be on the product's packaging. Deformation in the product's packaging is considered a hindrance to resale and is not accepted.
