For a Perfect Brew

For Green Tea: Use fresh water that has never been boiled before and is rich in oxygen. Boil the water and let it cool for about 3 to 4 minutes until it reaches 85°C. Using boiling water reduces both the flavor and the benefits of green tea.
Place 1 gram of green tea in a teapot of about 400cc. (We do not recommend using a French Press).
Pour the water over the leaves and let it steep for 4 minutes. Enjoy!

For Turkish Black Tea and Earl Grey Tea: Use good-quality water. Avoid over-boiled water; it should still be rich in oxygen. Boil the water, but do not let it overboil. Add the water over the tea (not the tea over the water), then lower the heat. Let it steep for exactly 17 minutes.
The tea leaves will settle at the bottom, showing that your tea is perfectly brewed. Enjoy!
